I can feel the 190 calorie worth of crisps just melting down into fat and attaching itself to my LARGE behind.

The only way around this is to give myself  a deadline. Friday coming, if I'm not less that 135lbs, I have to post pictures of my body. My disgusting body.

  2. You're being way too harsh on yourself, you're definitely not large.

I want to be under 60kg on Easter Sunday (24 April). Let's hope we both get there :)

  3. Right, themastercleanse.org is the "official" website for it, I think. But I just sort of wing it. I don't measure precisely or anything - just juice some lemons, add some maple syrup (not that much), and as much cayenne pepper as you can handle. Fill it up with water, and hey presto.
It says you shouldn't use tap water, but I do. What's the difference really going to be?
I've started today, and I'm going to try to keep going up until Saturday! (Although I doubt that'll happen).
Do it with me and we can keep each other strong :).

  4. Also, what I do, is juice about 4 lemons into a protein-shake-cup-thing (which I stole from my brother), add about 6 tablespoons of maple syrup to that, and mix it together. Then I pour a little of that into a glass each time, then add the cayenne and water. It's better to be prepared, because otherwise you get too lazy to make the drinks and end up binging.
