What was the worst advice you've ever received?

    I've received some pretty bad advice over the years, right now I just can't remember any of them.. oh yeah, get the swine flu jab! Ok thats not the worst but the only one I can think of.

    Haha worst advice: "You should eat two sandwiches and a large chocolate milkshake. You can afford it."
